Best most effective stack for bodybuilding for me was 2000mg of Masteron enanthate and 4g of test up until 6 weeks out then switched to mast prop and upped it to 500mg a day for a total of 3500mg(2-3 days total) I can't say the difference in my weight has a difference in how great the results were however I think it's because I was doing more rep weights than normal and the rest period I usually do is 1 set of 12-20 reps and the rest should last no more than 10 seconds. Also I was using 2 different methods to work out to and from my gym I would go in wearing the standard size clothes I normally wear to work then come out in my custom size clothes and then be back to normal clothes. My bicep and triceps are very strong and have seen some great progress from this stuff I've always wondered if there's a better way if you know how to. It has worked so far for me. I've been taking it for a year now and after getting some good feedback from several people I started getting serious with the program on Friday in March I started the program. From there, the program was fairly easy to incorporate into my workout. I went to my usual spot on the main leg day and did a rep set of 8-12 and then followed this up with some light cardio. I then went straight to the push/pull/upper body day and did a rep set of 5-10 with a few short cardio bursts in between.
